Featured Project
Like many home owners, Karl and Anda had a treated lumber deck that needed some care, and a hot tub that has been nonfunctional for years. Properties Plus performed the following services:
- A complete deck cleaning
- Replacement of many deteriorated deck boards
- Staining the posts and trim to match existing
- Restored the deck floor
- Removed the old hot tub and secured the supports
- Installed the new Hot Tub and decking for a customized installation
